OFFICIAL PUBLICATION MINNEAPOLIS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING (Published in Finance & Commerce April 18, 2025)The Business, Housing & Zoning Committee of the Minneapolis City Council will hold a public hearing at a regular meeting on May 6, 2025, at 1:30 p.m., or shortly thereafter, to consider the following land sale. Excess Property located along Centennial Place at 9th St S and 10th St S for $15,500.00 to Hennepin County or an affiliated entity The City of Minneapolis City Council will meet to decide if the sale is advisable.
